Jack and Oliver Scanlan took part in the local heat of the Springboard FutureChef competition
They were tasked with making a 2 course meal within 1h 30min and also had to work out costings of each dish along with their nutritional content.
Both boys did exceptionally well and coped under pressure within a commercial kitchen environment. We are pleased to announce that Jack came 1st overall and is through to the regional finals. Oliver was a close 2nd. Well done boys- thoroughly deserved.
